1. In England, 70 percent support anti-Israel disinvestment - Jerusalem Newswire

British Jews reacted in shock to a survey which showed that nearly 70 percent of Britons support uprooting Jews from Judea, Samaria and Gaza.

2. Olmert to meet Egytian president - Ynet News

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak were scheduled to meet in Sharm A- Shiekh in Egypt Thursday.

3. UAE Reports Cooperation with U.S. on WMD - Middle East Newsline

The United Arab Emirates has reported cooperation with the United States in efforts to block weapons shipments to Iran and Syria. The UAE has rejected U.S. assertions that the port of Dubai has been employed as a point of transit for weapons of mass destruction and other military equipment to Iran and Syria. The emirates said Dubai has been enacting U.S. proposals to increase security and monitoring of illegal shipments.

5. Ahmadinejad Scorns U.N. Sanctions - Canada.com

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad scorned the UN Security Council's imposing sanctions on Iran, telling a crowd Tuesday that Iran had humiliated the United States in the past and would do so again. Speaking in the southwestern provincial capital of Ahvaz, Ahmadinejad said the Security Council's resolution of Dec. 23 was invalid and had left the world body's reputation in tatters . . . "Let the world know that from the Iranian nation's point of view, this resolution has no validity," Ahmadinejad said.

6. Iran: 3,000 Centrifuges "Operational by March" - Ynet

Some 3000 centrifuges currently being installed at the Iranian nuclear reactor in Natanz will be operational by March of this year, Iranian government Spokesman Gholam-Hussein Elham said during a press conference Tuesday, according to a report by the Islamic Republic News Agency.
