1. Former First Lady, Nancy Reagan, Dies at 94 - Fox News

Nancy Reagan, the widow of President Ronald Reagan and passionately devoted keeper of his flame, died Sunday morning of congestive heart failure at 94, according to her spokesperson.

Reagan died at her home in Los Angeles. She's set to be buried at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, next to her husband. Prior to the funeral, there will be an opportunity for members of the public to pay their respects at the Library, the spokesperson said. Details had not yet been announced Sunday afternoon.

Reagan, whose husband died in 2004, had appeared frail after suffering several falls in recent years. In May 2012 it was disclosed she had broken several ribs in a fall at her Los Angeles home six weeks earlier.

"Nancy is where she has always wanted to be with her Ronnie...Now she is at peace...," her stepson, Michael, wrote on Twitter. (Read more)

Tributes, sympathies pour in for former First Lady Nancy Reagan

The death of Nancy Reagan on Sunday has brought an outpouring of sympathy and honor for the former first lady from around the world and across political parties. "She was right, of course. We were fortunate to benefit from her proud example, and her warm and generous advice. ... And we remain grateful for Nancy Reagan's life, thankful for her guidance, and prayerful that she and her beloved husband are together again."

Former GOP California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said: "Nancy Reagan was one of my heroes. She served as first lady with unbelievable power, class and grace and left her mark on the world." (Read more)

3. Our Prayer for the Reagan Family - Capitol Hill Prayer Partners

Father, today we lift up the members of the Reagan family as they say their final farewell to their beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and loved one. We thank You that You will comfort each one, and bless each one with the tender touch of Your Holy Spirit.

Lord, we thank You that Nancy is now joined with her beloved "Ronnie" in heaven, and we await that day when we shall all gather together before Your Throne of Grace, crying "Holy" to the Name of our Lord. In Your name we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

- For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; 'he will lead them to springs of living water.' 'And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.'" (Revelation 7:17)

1. PA Mufti openly incites at the Al-Aqsa Mosque - Israel National News

A preacher who gave a sermon on Friday at the Al-Aqsa Mosque openly incited against Israel, accusing the Jewish state of executing Palestinian Arabs.

The sermon came at Friday prayers attended by tens of thousands of worshipers, including Muslim residents of Judea, Samaria and Gaza, as well as Israeli Arabs.

The sermon was delivered by the Mufti of "Palestine", Sheikh Mohammed Hussein, who called on the worshipers to strengthen their ties with the Al-Aqsa Mosque in order to remove the "settlers and Jewish organizations," who in his words are trying to impose a new reality on the ground.

According to the Palestine newspaper, Hussein further said that "the occupation continues to kill Palestinians and execute them without trial, on the pretext that they were trying to carry out operations against the soldiers of the occupation or against settlers." (Read more)

2. Hamas video urges PA policemen to attack IDF troops - Times of Israel

Hamas has issued a new propaganda video encouraging Palestinian Authority security forces in the West Bank to follow in the footsteps of a security officer who died attacking Israeli soldiers, and to sacrifice their lives to inflict harm upon Israeli troops.

The video, which was broadcast by Channel 10 news on Friday, was likely produced in the Gaza Strip. In it, a PA policeman is seen driving around a Palestinian town when he sees a poster of "The heroic martyr Amjad Sukkari" - a PA official who was shot dead as he fired on Israeli soldiers at a West Bank checkpoint in January. 3. Tehran's 'destabilizing activities' on the agenda for Biden's visit to Israel - Jerusalem Post

The danger of Iran's military actions in the region and Israel's relationship with its neighbors is on the agenda for US Vice President Joe Biden's two-day visit to the Jewish state this week.

The vice president recognizes he is visiting the region at a "challenging time," one senior administration official told The Jerusalem Post on Saturday night.

"In Israel, in particular, he wanted to discuss Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action [the Iran deal] implementation and countering Iran's destabilizing activities in the region," the official said.

"The vice president also looks forward to discussing Israel's ongoing efforts to improve relations with its regional neighbors," he added. (Read more)

- Heavenly Father, we pray for Mr. Biden's visit to Israel. We ask that this meeting go according to Your great plan and that all conversation would be of Your will. We ask that all involved would only be seeking the best interests of Israel and its people. In the name of Yeshua, amen.

4. Russia freezes Iran missile sale following Israeli pressure - Israel National News

Russian President Vladimir Putin has frozen missiles bound for Iran amid Israeli protest of the sale, the Kuwaiti paper Al-Jarida reports.

According to the report, an order of S-300 heavy surface-to-air missiles purchased by Iran has been put on hold by the Russian leader following talks with Israeli officials.

Israel criticized the sale, claiming that at least some of the S-300 missiles would likely fall into the hands of the Hezbollah terror group in Lebanon. The presence of long-range anti-aircraft missiles along Israel's border would threaten both military and civilian flights inside Israel.

According to Al-Jarida, Russia halted the shipment of the missiles after Israel provided evidence that other surface-to-air missiles sold by Russia to Iran had ended up in Hezbollah's hands. (Read more)

- Abba, we thank You that Russian President Putin has frozen the missile order for Iran. We pray that this will be a permanent freeze and that the missiles will never make it to Iran. We thank You that Mr. Putin listened to Israel, and we ask that You bless him for that. May he have a genuine desire to be a friend to Israel. In the name of Yeshua, amen.

Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah denounced Israel on Sunday as a "permanent enemy" of the Arabs, and lashed out at Saudi Arabia amid a continuing spat between his Shiite, pro-Iran organization and the Sunni-dominated Gulf kingdom.

"O Zionists, if any Arab regime supports you, it will fall with you," he said, according to a translation of his words by the Hezbollah media outlet al-Manar.

"Israel's presence will never become normal and it can't be an ally to Arabs while it is terror itself," he was quoted as saying. "No Arab regime will be able to normalize ties with Israel, neither the House of Saud nor anyone." (Read more)

7. Rabbi Confirms Catastrophic Super-Comet Nibiru Could Be Heading for Earth - Breaking Israel News

Rabbi Amnon Yitzchak, a prominent Haredi rabbi, confirmed that it is possible that the earth could be catastrophically bombarded by asteroids within the next few weeks as part of the Messianic process described in the Bible.

Rabbi Yitzchak is very well-known as a charismatic speaker who attracts crowds of thousands all around the world. Raised in a secular Yemenite home, he has influenced many secular Israelis to become religious.

In a Hebrew-language recording posted on YouTube last month, Rabbi Yitzchak discussed the controversy surrounding predictions of the catastrophic arrival of the super-comet, Nibiru. He confirmed that it is clearly a possibility according to the Bible.(Read more)

- Abba, we pray for Rabbi Yitzchak. We ask that You give him new revelations of who You are and visions of how You plan for things to unfold. He sees prophesies in scripture, but may he find Yeshua in the prophesies of the Tanakh. We ask that You crumble any falsehoods or fear that come from his message, and instead give Rabbi Yitzchak and the people who hear him the desire to search for You in the scriptures. May they have new encounters with You, Lord God, that would cause the scales to come off their eyes and their stony hearts to be replaced with hearts of flesh. We thank and praise You for Your will in our lives. In the name of Yeshua, amen.

- "The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7)

The Daily Brief

1. ISIS believed to have 100 members in Israel - Israel National News

Israeli officials believe that the Islamic State (ISIS) jihadist group has 100 activists in Israel, a year and a half since the group announced the establishment of a "caliphate" in parts of Syria and Iraq it captured. Channel 10 News reported on Thursday that according to statistics, about 34 indictments have been filed against Israeli Arabs on charges related to belonging to the organization and 40 Arab citizens have already left Israel to join the jihadist group.

The Palestinian Authority estimates that ten Palestinian Arabs who have gone missing are believed to have crossed the border to the Sinai and Syria to join ISIS, according to the report. ISIS has announced that it intends to recruit as many Israeli citizens as possible in order to carry out a large attack with as many casualties as possible, and is believed to be actively recruiting members.

The report came hours after two Arab Israelis from Nazareth and nearby Yafi'a in northern Israel were indicted on suspicion of plotting terror attacks on behalf of ISIS. (Read more)

- Father God, let the scales be removed from the eyes of Israeli Arabs who believe the recruitment lies of ISIS. Teach them Your ways. We pray that ISIS will have no army to attack Israel or any other country. In Your precious name, let there be no ISIS. Amen.

- "Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord, and teach out of Your law."
(Psalm 94:12)

2. Hamas said to have fully restocked its missile arsenal - Israel National News

Just over a year-and-a-half has passed since Israel's government agreed to a ceasefire with the Hamas terrorist organization in August 2014, ending Operation Protective Edge, but new Israeli assessments indicate Hamas has already fully restocked its missile arsenal. The appraisal, reported by Walla on Friday, notes that most of the missiles that bring Hamas back to the amount it had before it launched its third terror war on the Jewish state are of a shorter-range, and are domestically produced and therefore of a lower quality.

Hamas has been rebuilding its terror tunnel system breaching into Israel, and likewise has ramped up its domestic production of rockets given that the Israeli naval blockade and Egyptian construction of a buffer zone has largely cut off the influx of weapons to the terrorists. However, Hamas is unceasing in its efforts to illegally smuggle in materials for building weapons and digging tunnels. In addition to the many short-range missiles held by Hamas it has added many mortar shells, which were proven to be lethally effective in the last round of fighting. While of a much shorter range than rockets, mortars are easier to transport, quicker to fire and are not detectable under Israel's Color Red warning system. (Read more)

- Abba Father, Hamas continues to breach the ceasefire with Israel. Hamas has launched three terror wars on Israel. The powerful rockets, weapons, etc. are no match for Israel's powerful King who reigns on His throne in Heaven. Give the Israelis Your wisdom and knowledge to discern and destroy the plans of Hamas. Protect Israel from attacks above the ground and under the ground in the name of EL ELOHE YISRAEL. Amen.

- "For men indeed swear by the greater, and an oath for confirmation is for them and end of all dispute." (Hebrews 6:16)

3. US sending nuclear-capable B-52 bombers to ISIS fight - Fox News

The United States is sending nuclear-capable B-52 aircraft to drop bombs on the Islamic State terror group, defense officials confirmed to Fox News Friday. The B-52 Stratofortress will start its first bombing campaign against ISIS in April, the Air Force Times reports. It's not clear how many B-52s or airmen will be involved. (Read more)

- Lord Jesus, please be the pilot on the U.S. B-52 bombers. If bombs are dropped on the Islamic State, let it be at Your direction to Your angel army and on the exact targets chosen by You. Protect innocent people in these campaigns. Bring down evil. Let those that have not heard of Your love for them come to know and understand the sacrificial price You paid for eternal life for all who believe. Thank you for loving us so very much. In Your Holy name. We praise You. Amen.

- "Look to Me, and be saved. All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other." (Isaiah 45:22)

4. Mosul dam engineers warn it could fail at any time, killing 1m people - The Guardian UK

Iraqi engineers involved in building the Mosul dam 30 years ago have warned that the risk of its imminent collapse and the consequent death toll could be even worse than reported. They pointed out that pressure on the dam's compromised structure was building up rapidly as winter snows melted and more water flowed into the reservoir, bringing it up to its maximum capacity, while the sluice gates normally used to relieve that pressure were jammed shut. . .

On Wednesday, the Iraqi government announced it had signed a contract with an Italian contractor to reinforce and maintain the Mosul dam for 18 months, following talks in New York between the Italian foreign minister, Paolo Gentiloni, and US and Iraqi officials. Italy has said it plans to send 450 troops to protect the dam site, but it is unclear how long it will take to replace damaged machinery and reassemble the required workforce.

Nadhir al-Ansari, another Iraqi engineer from when the dam was built, also voiced concern about the rising waters in the reservoir. . . "If the dam fails, the water will arrive in Mosul in four hours. It will arrive in Baghdad in 45 hours. Some people say there could be half a million people killed, some say a million. I imagine it will be more in the absence of a good evacuation plan."

He said the government policy response, calling on the local population to move at least 6km from the river Tigris, was "ridiculous". The US embassy in Baghdad has urged American citizens to leave the area. "What are all these people, millions of people, supposed to do when they get 6km away? There is no support for them there. Nothing to help them live." (Read more)

- Gracious Heavenly Father, where there seems to be no way of understanding for the safety of these residents residing near this dam in Mosul, and the prevention of the imminent collapse of this dam...You have the answer! We pray the Iraqi Government, their Core of Engineers and residents in this area will receive and respond to Your wisdom and understanding in resolving this very serious problem. In Jesus' name we ask and thank You for this coming victory. Amen.

- "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." (Prov. 3:5-6)

5. Inside China's Plan for a Military That Can Counter U.S. Muscle - Bloomberg

With a series of edicts, speeches and martial ceremonies, President Xi Jinping has over the past six months unveiled China's biggest military overhaul since the aftermath of the Korean War.

The plan seeks to transform the 2.3-million-member People's Liberation Army, which features 21st-century hardware but an outdated, Soviet-inspired command structure, into a fighting force capable of winning a modern war. China is shifting from a "large country to a large and powerful one," Xi explained in November. The restructuring will be a major focus of the country's new defense budget, which will be announced Saturday as the annual National People's Congress gets under way in Beijing.

"A lot of countries do military reforms, but they are rarely as tectonic as what we are seeing in China," said Dean Cheng, a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation in Washington who specializes in military capabilities. "Any single one of these elements constitutes a bureaucratic overhaul of the first order." (Read more)

- Father God, everyday there seem to be new threats from one country forming against another. Lord, we know Your word says we will hear of wars and rumors of wars. We stand on Your word and are not troubled by the word or actions of men. We ask Your protection over our nation. Let the U.S. be the example to all nations that You are the great I AM. Praise to Your Holy name. Amen.

- "But when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet." (Mark 13:7)

6. Philippines seizes North Korean cargo ship to enforce U.N. sanctions - Reuters

The Philippines said on Saturday it had seized a North Korean freighter that was covered by harsher United Nations' sanctions against Pyongyang over its nuclear program. Manila will also deport the vessel's 21 North Korean crew and will await a U.N. inspection team from the United Nations, foreign ministry spokesman Charles Jose said in a text message. "In compliance with the United Nations resolution, the North Korean ship in Subic will be impounded and not allowed to leave port," he said. (Read more)

- Just days after the United Nations unanimously issued sanctions against North Korea due to its pursuing its nuclear program, a North Korean freighter transgressed that very resolution. Lord, we see that North Korea is pushing the envelope wherever they see fit, and our gratitude goes to You that the Philippines did their part to enforce these sanctions. Although a single protective step, it is yet a right and essential step in drawing the line on lawlessness. Thank You, Lord, and God bless the Philippines we ask, in Jesus' name, amen and amen.

- ". . . Realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person, but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers . . . " (1 Timothy 1:9)

7. Supreme Court blocks Louisiana enforcement of abortion clinic law - Washington Post

The Supreme Court on Friday blocked Louisiana from enforcing a law that threatened to close all but one of the state's abortion clinics. The court's action came just two days after it heard oral arguments in a similar case from Texas, and abortion rights supporters treated it as a positive sign. It came just hours after the justices met to discuss the Texas case for the first time in their private conference.

The court gave no reason for its Friday order; only Justice Clarence Thomas noted that he disagreed and would have let the Louisiana law take effect.

The issue is whether clinic doctors who perform abortions must have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the clinic. It was hotly debated during Wednesday's oral arguments reviewing the Texas law. The states that have passed the requirements say it contributes to a continuity of care for the patient. (Read more)

- Lord God, this report does not clarify one important reality: that in rendering this decision, the Justices were merely choosing to delay the Louisiana decision until the Texas case has been determined. Father God, we thank You for hearing our continuous intercession during a conference call that lasted 240 hours, with 16 hours more that followed, focusing on the verdict in the Texas case, and blessing all eight justices from Your Throne of Grace as we did so. We rest our case now before the High Court of Heaven, and we decree that Your will shall be done in the State of Texas, at the set time. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

- "You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways." (Job 22:28)

8. Rev. Franklin Graham Warns Fox Viewers DC Has Been 'Infiltrated By Muslims' - TPM

The Rev. Franklin Graham warned Fox News viewers on Thursday night that governments in the West, "especially in Washington," have been "infiltrated by Muslims." Graham, the son of the evangelist preacher Rev. Billy Graham and president of the group named after him, was responding to a question from Fox News host Bill O'Reilly's about why the world "will not unite to stop" the Islamic State terrorist group.

Franklin Graham began to answer by assuring Muslim viewers that he loved and was praying for them before continuing.

"One of the problems we have in the West is that our governments, especially in Washington, has been infiltrated by Muslims who are advising the White House, who I think are part of the problem," Graham said. "And we see this also in Western Europe. They have gotten into the halls of power." (Read more)

- Father God, we thank You again for giving us Franklin Graham. Almighty God... You are the One who always was and always will be the God whom mankind needs to seek for guidance. We repent that our own government has now allowed so many to come into position who instead seek the will of another "god," Allah. These federal employees are striving for power and position, instead of having the welfare of all at heart. Forgive us, O Lord, for our foolish ways. In Jesus' name we ask this prayer, amen.

- ". . . and if My people who are called by My Name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place." (2 Chronicles 7:14,15)

9. 'Potential Criminal Charges' Could Be On The Way To Hillary, Aides - Daily Caller

A Department of Justice decision to grant immunity to Hillary Clinton's top IT aide indicates officials are "considering potential criminal charges" against the former secretary of state or her aides, according to a source familiar with the investigation. The immunity was reportedly given to Bryan Pagliano, Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign IT director, who followed her to the State Department in 2009. (Read more)

- Lord, we have long read of the security breaches Mrs. Clinton subjected our country to by her illegal use of an unsecured server. Actions have consequences. Although we have seen numerous occasions where Mrs. Clinton has sidestepped consequences, we pray for justice to be rendered in this case. May these circumstances lead her to repentance, finding you as her Savior and her Lord. In Your name we pray, amen.

- "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." (2 Peter 3:9)

10. Public School Students Taught To 'Pledge Allegiance To An International Flag' - Hannity.com

It is widely accepted that American public schools are controlled by liberals...schoolchildren being indoctrinated with left-wing ideas. ...Kindergarten students from PS75, a public school in New York City...took part in a class project...children were made to create an American flag with the flags of other 22 other nations superimposed over the stripes. Below the flag read the words "We pledge allegiance to an International Flag." (Read more)

- Lord, we are not ignorant that multiple attempts are being made to diminish our Nation's dignity and sovereignty . Just as we have fought to see our children free from being bullied, "We the people" will not cower nor succumb to globalist indoctrination. We too want our classrooms to be a place where "everyone feels welcome" -- Welcome to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In Your name we pray, amen!

- "For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (2 Timothy 1:7)

Dr. Ben Carson on Gay Marriage

Carson: Gay Marriage Is 'Camel's Nose Under Tent To Undermine Christian Foundation of Our Nation'

Liberals/progressives have infiltrated U.S. schools, the media, the courts, and other institutions over the years to "undermine the principles that made America great," and to "change the thinking of our young people," said Dr. Ben Carson, who added that the Supreme Court's decision to make homosexual marriage legal "is the camel's nose under the tent to undermine the Christian foundation of our nation."

Speaking about the gay marriage decision at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention last week, neurosurgeon Ben Carson said, "We also need to recognize why this is such an important ruling for the advocates of gay marriage. The Bible, in both the Old and New Testament is pretty firm against their way of thinking."

"But if you can negate that," he said, "if you can negate that, then you can negate other portions of the Bible as well. This is the camel's nose under the tent to undermine the Christian foundation of our nation."

Moderator Eric Metaxas, a talk-radio host and author, said, "I don't disagree with what you just said, but the implications of it are chilling. It seems to me that you are clearly saying that undermining Western values, Judeo-Christian values is not the result of liberal policies but it is the specific intention of liberal policies. Is that what you mean?"
"Yes, I believe there are a group of Progressives, individuals who have intentionally been trying to take over our school systems, been trying to take over the media in particular, and various areas where they, through their propaganda, can undermine the principles that made America great, and substitute them with their principles," said Dr. Carson, the author of six best selling books.
"And they have imposed political correctness so that you can't even talk about it while they change the fabric of society," he said. "That's what's happened. That's why we've changed so quickly, and that's why if we don't do something about it, which takes courage, we will end up with a very fundamentally changed nation." (CNSNews.com) Read more.

Supporters of Detained Christian Lawyer Angered by Televised Forced Confession

Chinese Christian lawyer Zhang Kai has appeared on Chinese state television and delivered an alleged confession about his alleged role in disrupting social order in China, but his parading on state TV for an alleged admission of guilt following months of being missing has stirred anger among his supporters.

Zhang Kai has been missing for months, but suddenly appeared on Wenzhou TV on Thursday night to make an "admission" that he was the one who incited the Christians in Wenzhou to fight for their rights. The Christian lawyer is the legal counsel of a group of Christians arrested after protesting when authorities demolished crosses from their churches, according to the South China Morning Post. Classic Hymns

Songs Our Grandmothers Sang:

HE STILL CAME

"5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross." (Philippians 2:5-8)

Lyrics

No palace, no jewels, no kingdom to rule, no crown of majesty. No throne and no robe, no silver and no gold, no courts of royalty. Yet the King of kings left heaven to become a lowly man. He left all heaven's glory to fulfill His Father's plan.

No family, no friends, to help at the end, no out, no substitute. Much pain and much hurt, to give love and worth, He bore our sins and grief. Yet the hope of what He offered so outweighed what must be done. He chose to be my victor and assured my pardon won.
[Refrain]

He still came, just for me He still came. Knowing all He would endure, He still came. Disregarding every cost, from the manger to the cross, He still came just for me, He still came. (Read more)

Signs and Wonders

A Week of Partial and Total Solar Eclipses

Mainstream media attention is focused on next week's total eclipse of the sun. On March 9th, sky watchers in a narrow strip that cuts across Indonesia and the Pacific Ocean can feel the Moon's cool shadow and witness the sun's ghostly corona--a transformative experience. Check out this animated eclipse map created by Larry Koehn of Shadow and Substance.

There more to the eclipse, however, than totality. While millions of people experience totality, a hundred times more will witness a fractional coverage of the sun with many delights of its own. And that's good, because a partial eclipse is total fun.

The first thing to remember about a partial eclipse is don't stare at it. Even the tiniest sliver of sun left uncovered by the Moon can hurt your eyes. Instead, look at the ground. Beneath a leafy tree, you might be surprised to find hundreds of crescent-shaped sunbeams dappling the grass. Overlapping leaves create a natural array of pinhole cameras, each one casting an image of the crescent-sun onto the ground beneath the canopy.

The partial eclipse zone covers almost half of the Earth, touching places as far apart as Alaska (20% coverage), Hawaii (65%), Australia (0% to 60%), China (0% to 40%), Japan (20%), and Papua New Guinea (70%). Because the partial eclipse lasts for more than an hour, there is plenty of time for shadow play and photography using safely-filtered telescopes and cameras. The view from Hawaii and Alaska, where the eclipse occurs near sunset, should be especially beautiful. (SpaceWeather.com) Read more.

"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea." (Luke 21:25)

The Good News Corner

Over 450,000 Join Iranian House Church Movement, 'Great Number of Muslims Turning to Christ'

Hundreds of thousands of Christians are worshiping secretly in a rapidly accelerating house church movement in Iran, as a London-based theological center is aiding the movement by training the next generation of its spiritual leaders.

The Iranian government labels Christianity as a threat to the nation's Islamic identity and imprisons over 100 Christians for worshiping Christ. Such crackdowns on faith, however, have not prevented Iranian house churches from blossoming into a movement too big for the Iranian religious police to contain.
Some estimates, such as one provided by Open Doors USA, record as many as 450,000 practicing Christians in Iran, while other, more optimistic estimates, record over 1 million Christians in the Islamic republic. Free Sign Up CP Newsletter!
Regardless of the number, there is a strong need for leaders-in-Christ who can lead individual house churches and help the movement grow to become not just a Christian movement, but also an inherently "Iranian" one. (Read more)
