The Daily Brief:
"Praying for All in Authority"
Monday, April 11, 2016

"Worthy are You Our Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they existed and were created." (Revelation 4:11)

Today's Worship: It Is Well

Yes, Lord . . . it is well

" . . . may the whole earth be filled with his glory." (Psalm 72:19)

Pray for David's Tent!

Pray for David's Tent!

An Unexpected Move

Dear Friends,

Please continue to keep David's Tent in your prayers. David's Tent is once again being tossed in the wind as changes and challenges seem to be par for the course for the last seven months.

Just four days ago, I was informed by the National Park Service (NPS) that regulations for doing events on the National Mall are changing, for the purpose of protecting the grass. Starting immediately, no event can set up for more than five days on a particular piece of grass. This means that David's Tent would have to move every 5 days!

This is an economic and personnel impossibility for us.
Monday night, April 11, will be our last night on the Washington Monument grounds. That's seven months to the day since we started on September 11 and halfway through until Election Day this fall. We are having a special night of corporate worship from 7-9pm that night.

Please come on 4/11 and declare Revelation 4:11 with us: "Worthy are You Our Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they existed and were created."

It remains to be seen exactly how we will move forward as David's Tent. I'm still working out the details with the NPS. They have offered us a hardscape place to put our tent that would put us on a driveway-type surface, rather than grass. This is just a 5 minute walk from our current location and right beside the WWII Memorial in a park known as Constitution Gardens. There are a couple of weeks in mid-May and early June with other events previously scheduled there, so we would need to vacate during those periods and July 4th could also cause an interruption.
All this to say, by July 10, David's Tent should be firmly situated for good at Constitution Gardens, though the next couple of months may require a lot of work, flexibility, and added costs for each move.

If you are planning to come to DC in the next couple of months, please do not change your plans! We will keep going one way or another! We appreciate all those that are in the trenches with us in prayer.

He's still Worthy!

Jason Hershey

4. Israel connects BDS with terrorism while cracking down on German banks - RT News

Israel's Public Security Minister has linked the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement with terrorism and is threatening German banks using tactics previously employed against Al-Qaeda.

Netanyahu-appointee Gilad Erdan has threatened to coerce German banks to prohibit BDS activists from fundraising through their accounts, not through Israeli legislation, but the laws of other countries where Erdan has "increased awareness among decision-makers in Europe and North America of the anti-Semitic, anti-democratic, and discriminatory nature of the BDS movement, which seeks Israel's destruction and often has ties to terror-supporting organizations."

To bring about this "increased awareness," a taskforce headed by Erdan was launched last year at the cost of 100 million Israeli shekels ($25.5 million) that has been successful in impacting the laws, policies, and enthusiasm for enforcement in a number of countries, particularly the US and UK, where a number of anti-BDS restrictions have employed "anti-democratic" and "discriminatory" methods to clamp down on the movement. 5. Palestinians threaten to smash Temple Mount security cameras -Times of Israel

Palestinians placed notices on the Temple Mount compound in Jerusalem warning of plans to smash security cameras installed at the site holy to both Muslims and Jews, which has been at the epicenter of tensions in recent months.

Jordan, which is behind the camera initiative, subsequently stated that the cameras will not be used to monitor the activities of the Muslim worshipers at the two mosques on the Mount, Channel 10 reported Saturday. (Read more)

6. Jordanian preacher questioned over Temple Mount incitement - Israel Hayom

Jerusalem District police officers on Friday afternoon briefly detained Jordanian Sheikh Muhammad Salim for questioning after the Muslim preacher made inciting remarks during a sermon he delivered at Al-Aqsa mosque on the Temple Mount.

A crowd of worshippers gathered at the scene to protest Salim's arrest, chanting "Allahu akbar." Salim was released from custody after he was questioned by the police.

The Jordanian government, meanwhile, was outraged over the incident. Jordanian Religious Trusts Minister Hail Daoud harshly condemned Salim's arrest and told Jordan's Petra News Agency, "This is an unacceptable action by the Israeli authorities, who arrested a religious official fulfilling his duties at Friday prayers." 7. Israel's president is known as a voice of reason, but can he unite the country? - Washington Post

NAZARETH, Israel - When a Jewish lawmaker tweeted that his wife did not want to share a hospital room with an Arab woman after giving birth, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin responded: "When we come to the hospital to give birth, we don't come as a Jew or an Arab, we come as a human being."

When fierce public protests broke out after army prosecutors said they wanted to try an Israeli soldier taped shooting dead a disarmed Palestinian assailant, Rivlin urged people: "Trust in the military's ability to investigate, and attentively and swiftly draw operational and individual lessons wherever needed."

But Rivlin's calm voice of reason seems to be a lonely one these days. (Read more)

1. Israel, U.S. hold joint workshop to prepare for WMD attack - Israel National News

"Just days after Washington hosted a summit of world leaders to confront the threat of nuclear terrorism, Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted American officials for a two-day joint workshop on the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). The joint training program took place in Haifa this Tuesday and Wednesday, and brought together officials from multiple ministries and agencies in both the United States and Israel.

Made in conjunction with the US State Department, the workshop was part of the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI), an international effort to prevent the spread and use of weapons of mass destruction and delivery vehicles including ballistic missiles. As part of the workshop, US and Israeli officials participated in simulated, scenario-based interdiction table top exercises (TTX), with instruction given on courses of action for inspecting, identifying, and safely removing WMD." (Read more)

- Bless You, Lord, for the news of this cooperation between Israel and the US. We are grateful that our country is blessing Israel and joining in a workshop to learn how to handle WMD's. We speak Your blessings, insight, and free flow of effective ideas to counter those who are enemies to both our countries. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray!

- "This also comes from the Lord of hosts, Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance." (Isaiah 28:29)

2. Police Shocked By Scale Of Islamic State Network in Europe - Breitbart

Police have uncovered a large and growing network of Islamic State fighters, at least two of whom came to Europe as 'refugees.' French and Belgian authorities have found that the scale of the threat of terrorism could be much bigger than they had previously thought. They've found that the members of these terror cells are mostly young Muslim men from the Brussels suburbs of Molenbeek and Schaerbeek and many were former criminals often involved with petty thefts and assaults.

Among the jihadis is Paris attacker Abdelhamid Abaaoud. Islamic State fighters in Syria gave him the name Abu Omar al-Belgiki meaning that he was Abu Omar from Belgium. Abaaoud lived most of his live in the notorious Brussels suburb of Molenbeek along with many of the other terrorists who took part in the Paris and Brussels attacks. The 28-year-old terrorist lived and fought for the Islamic State in Syria for at least two years, took part in various battles and sent video messages to sympathizers back home. Abaaoud, also like many ISIS fighters, is said to have committed atrocities toward prisoners such as dragging them behind his pickup truck through the Syrian desert reports Die Welt." (Read more)

- Dear Lord, we pray this information will be taken seriously and will be effectively used to scour Europe of those who intend to overthrow their civilization and Christian culture. We bind up political correctness and unleash a reestablishing of the wells of salvation, especially in that part of Europe that had to defend itself from Moslem invaders so long ago. Thank You, Lord, for blessing this task. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

- "After I looked things over, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials, and the rest of the people, 'Don't be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your families, your sons and your daughters, your wives, and your homes.'" (Nehemiah 4:14)

3. U.S. Commandos Trained to Stop Terrorists with "Dirty Bombs" - Bloomberg

U.S. commando units have been trained to seize and disable nuclear or radioactive bombs, providing a crucial last line of defense if terrorists get their hands on such weapons, according to the general in charge of the forces. The U.S. Special Operations Command "has sufficient 'render-safe' capacity to respond to the most likely" scenarios involving weapons of mass destruction under the current analysis of threats, Army General Raymond Thomas has told lawmakers. The Pentagon rarely discusses publicly its plans to use commandos if terrorists obtain a nuclear weapon or build a "dirty bomb" from radioactive material. While U.S. officials say there's no sign yet that Islamic State has such a capability, the prospect was on Friday's agenda for the Nuclear Security Summit of world leaders being hosted by President Barack Obama in Washington. - An old and reliable principle of security is called "the need to know," and we wonder why articles like this are published for any reader - friend or foe - to become knowledgeable as to what our military is doing to thwart terrorist bomb attacks. Since it is public knowledge, we reprint for intercessors to pray. As long as the horrors of war and terrorism exist, we appeal to heaven for God's mercy.

- "For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods." (Psalm 96:4)

4. Saudi Arabia Buying Up Farmland in U.S. Southwest - CNBC

Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf countries are scooping up farmland in drought-afflicted regions of the U.S. Southwest, and that has some people in California and Arizona seeing red. Saudi Arabia grows alfalfa hay in both states for shipment back to its domestic dairy herds. In another real-life example of the world's interconnected economy, the Saudis increasingly look to produce animal feed overseas in order to save water in their own territory, most of which is desert. (Read more)

- Many Americans cannot understand why foreign powers are allowed to purchase U.S. land and reap profits at our nation's expense. As we see it, the anger being aroused in California and Arizona is justified. Perhaps the regulations will be changed by the next administration. The money is no doubt very attractive, but the expense to our country is beyond calculation. Pray into this as you are led.

- "But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

5. Russia Doubling Nuclear Warheads - The Washington Free Beacon

Russia is doubling the number of its strategic nuclear warheads on new missiles by deploying multiple reentry vehicles that have put Moscow over the limit set by the New START arms treaty, according to Pentagon officials. A recent intelligence assessment of the Russian strategic warhead buildup shows that the increase is the result of the addition of multiple, independently targetable reentry vehicles, or MIRVs, on recently deployed road-mobile SS-27 and submarine-launched SS-N-32 missiles, said officials familiar with reports of the buildup. "The Russians are doubling their warhead output," said one official. "They will be exceeding the New START [arms treaty] levels because of MIRVing these new systems." (Read more)

- President Obama continues to reduce U.S. military strength, while Russian President Putin is moving his country in the opposite direction. Regardless of Mr. Obama's goals, many analysts, including those of his own party, have expressed concern about our vulnerability should military force be required internationally. Pray for God's mercy, and that America will repent and turn to the Lord.

6. North Korea unveils homemade engine for missile capable of striking U.S. - Washington Post

North Korea has unveiled what it said was a domestically designed engine for an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of reaching the United States, the latest in a steady drumbeat of threats coming from Kim Jong Un's regime.

Saturday's announcement, through the official Korean Central News Agency, could not be immediately verified. But analysts said Pyongyang's constant boasts of military advances¬ have sent a clear message to the United States.

"With all the missiles they're building, the ranges are getting longer and they're going to be able to throw more stuff further," said Jeffrey Lewis, director of the East Asia program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies in Monterey, Calif. "It seems pretty clear that they're sick of us making fun of them, and they're going to shove it down our throats," Lewis said. (Read more)

- Father, we ask You to protect the world from North Korea's plans to fire nuclear missiles long distances. We humble ourselves and seek Your protection for our own land from this evil. We pray this leader of North Korea will direct his energies to providing necessities for his people instead of building his own power base. We pray protection over the severely persecuted Christians there and decree and declare freedom for this land. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

- "Their feet run to do evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths." (Isaiah 59:7)

7. First Syrians leave for US under surge resettlement program - AP

The first Syrian family to be resettled to the U.S. under its speeded-up "surge operation" departed to the United States Wednesday from the Jordanian capital, Amman. Ahmad al-Abboud, who is being resettled with his wife and five children, said that although he is thankful to Jordan - where he has lived for three years after fleeing Syria's civil war - he is hopeful of finding a better life in the U.S.

"I'm happy. America is the country of freedom and democracy, there are jobs opportunities, there is good education, and we are looking forward to having a good life over there," al-Abboud said.

Since October last year, 1,000 Syrian refugees have moved from Jordan to the U.S. The resettlement surge hopes to increase that number ten-fold.

A resettlement surge center opened in Amman in February to meet President Barack Obama's target of resettling 10,000 Syrians to the United States by Sep. 30. Every day, the center interviews some 600 Syrian refugees. (Read more)

- Lord, with 10,000 more refugees, adding them to Social Security and Disability may be devastating to the U.S Economy, not to mention those citizens who are already on these programs. We ask for wisdom for our leaders, that You not allow anything against Your Will.

- "Forsake foolishness and live, and go in the way of understanding." (Proverbs 9:6)

8. Obama Claims Power to Make Illegal Immigrants Eligible for Social Security, Disability - CNSNews.com

Does the president of the United States have the power to unilaterally tell millions of individuals who are violating federal law that he will not enforce that law against them now, that they may continue to violate that law in the future and that he will take action that makes them eligible for federal benefit programs for which they are not currently eligible due to their unlawful status?

Through Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, President Barack Obama is telling the Supreme Court exactly this right now. The solicitor general calls what Obama is doing "prosecutorial discretion." He argues that under this particular type of "prosecutorial discretion," the executive can make millions of people in this country illegally eligible for Social Security, disability and Medicare.

On April 18, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case. Entitled United States v. Texas, it pits President Obama against not only the Lone Star State, but also a majority of the states, which have joined in the litigation against the administration. At issue is the policy the administration calls Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents, which would allow aliens in this country illegally who are parents of citizens or lawful permanent residents to stay in the United States.

"The Executive Branch unilaterally created a program - known as DAPA - that contravenes Congress's complex statutory framework for determining when an alien may lawfully enter, remain in, and work in the country," the attorney general and solicitor general of Texas explained in a brief submitted to the Supreme Court on behalf of the states seeking to block the policy.

"DAPA would deem over four million unlawfully present aliens as 'lawfully present' and eligible for work authorization," says the Texas brief. "And 'lawful presence' is an immigration classification established by Congress that is necessary for valuable benefits, such as Medicare and Social Security." (Read more)

- Father, we are bringing this decision before You and before the High Court of heaven for the second time in a week, as its outcome is so critical to the definition of the limits of the power of the Executive Branch of our government. We ask that You move upon the hearts of the eight justices on the Supreme Court to rule wisely and with utmost precision and clarity in this case. We ask this in Your name, amen and amen.

- "For I the LORD love justice, I hate robbery with a burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth . . ." (Isaiah 61:8)

9. DHS Will Change 'Freedom of Worship' to 'Freedom of Religion' in Naturalization Exam - CNSNews.com

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) decided to change wording in its naturalization test materials to say "freedom of religion" instead of "freedom of worship" in relation to First Amendment rights, a step that Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.) had been pushing for since last year.

Lankford initially wrote to DHS in June 2015 pointing out that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) study materials for the naturalization test listed the answer of "freedom of worship" as a "right of everyone living in the United States." Lankford wrote that it was his understanding that the term "freedom of worship" has been included in the materials since 2008, when USCIS deemed it "more inclusive" than the word "religion."

"Not only is 'freedom of worship' inconsistent with the text of the Amendment proposed 226 years ago today, saying that 'freedom of worship' is more inclusive than 'freedom of religion' flies in the face of a pillar upon which our entire nation was founded," said Lankford in his letter. "Our forefathers came to America to have freedom of religion, not simply freedom of worship," he said. "So valued, they made the free exercise of religion our first freedom."

"The freedom of religion is much more than just the freedom of worship," he explained at the time. "Worship confines you to a location. Freedom of religion is the right to exercise your religious beliefs - it is the ability for Americans to live out their faith or to choose to have no faith at all." (Read more)

- Father God, we thank You for Senator James Lankford, who last year was quick to catch this "back door" way that the government tried to deprive us of our right to freedom of religion by changing the wording to "freedom of worship." Thank You, too, Lord, that the DHS has indeed heard the outcry over this travesty, and has now reversed its course back to normal. Praise You, Jesus. Let us ever be vigilant to catch the tiny and even sneaky ways that some would use to deprive us of our rights under the Constitution of the United States of America. In Your Name we pray, amen.

- "Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines." (Song of Solomon 2:15)

10. Judge sends homeschoolers to 'fake' court - WND

When Missouri parents Tiffany and Anthony Swearengin saw their children weren't making progress in school, they followed the lead of millions of American families: They notified the school, took their kids out of class and started homeschooling. Then the Swearengins received a letter from Rose Pursell, the chief deputy juvenile officer in the Douglas County, Missouri, court system, notifying them "to appear before the Truancy Court of 44th Judicial Circuit, at the Juvenile Court Center."

The letter threatens the parents with the "above named juvenile be[ing] placed in the legal custody of the Missouri Children's Division." But no such court legally exists, and now the judge, R. Craig Carter, who's behind an effort described by the Home School Legal Defense Association as "improper intimidation and retaliation against any parent who withdraws a child from public school to lawfully homeschool," is finding himself on the defense in a lawsuit. (Read more)

- In the name of Jesus, we speak out a stop to this kind of intimidation of home schooling throughout our country. We speak success for all parents who desire to home school and not have their children indoctrinated with values that are not their own. We thank You, Lord, for seeing this case through to the end so that parents will not have fear and intimidation put on them unjustly. We pray that the next generation will have solid moral Christian values as well as a good education. Amen.

- "May the Lord give you increase more and more, You and your children."
(Psalms 115:14)

Pope Calls for Greater Acceptance of Gays and Lesbians

"Then hear Thou in heaven, and forgive the sin of Thy servants." (II Chronicles 6:27)

On Friday, Pope Francis made an official statement calling for Catholics worldwide to be more accepting of homosexuals, challenging an age-old position held by the Catholic Church, which has traditionally deeply condemned gay lifestyles and sexual activity.

While the Pope's announcement did not signify a shift in official church doctrine, the 256-page document he released, an apostolic exhortation entitled "Amoris Laetitia" ("The Joy of Love"), outlined a significant change in attitude towards the Vatican's stance on family matters, including same-sex relationships and divorce.

While the Pontiff did not condone gay marriage, he urged Catholics to be more tolerant of non-traditional lifestyles and those who practice them. "A pastor cannot feel that it is enough simply to apply moral laws . . . as if they were stones to throw at people's lives," said the document, as reported by CNN.

He discouraged such a stark worldview. "By thinking that everything is black and white, we sometimes close off the way of grace and growth," he noted, adding that he believed Jesus Christ would have supported a similar perspective.

Palestinians Say They Seek 'Accountability' for Settlements With UN Vote

BREAKING: US undecided on veto of UNSC resolution against West Bank settlements

Riyad al-Malki says draft proposal for new resolution stresses 'violence, terrorism of Israeli settlers'; PM: Abbas is pushing talks away

A Palestinian official said Friday that a draft proposal for a new UN Security Council resolution seeks "accountability" for Israeli settlement building. Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riyad al-Malki said the draft stresses the "violence and terrorism of the settlers." The international community considers the settlements illegitimate while Israel says settlements and other core issues such as security should be resolved in peace talks.
The draft resolution, already distributed to Arab nations at the UN in New York, was immediately condemned by Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who said Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas "is taking a step that will push negotiations further away" to end the decades-old Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The Palestinians refused to provide any details of the text, but said the Security Council has unanimously agreed that Israeli settlements are illegal and it is their responsibility to act on this assessment and adopt a resolution on settlements.

They recalled the Security Council's 14-1 vote on a resolution on settlements in February 2011. It was defeated by a US veto. That resolution would have condemned "illegal" Israeli settlements and demanded an immediate halt to all settlement building.

Israel captured the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem in the 1967 Six Day war and built settlements there. Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005, but nearly 600,000 Israeli settlers remain in East Jerusalem and the West Bank. (Times of Israel) Read more here.

BREAKING! US undecided on veto of UNSC resolution against West Bank settlements - Jerusalem Post

The United States has yet to decide whether or not to support a Palestinian drive to push forward a UN Security Council resolution later this month condemning West Bank settlements. "We understand there is an early draft that the Palestinians have shared informally in New York," US State Department Deputy spokesman Mark Toner told reporters in Washington on Friday.

The US is one of five nations that have veto rights on all resolutions that come before the 15-member Security Council. The US vetoed an anti-settlement resolution at the UN in 2011, which was the only veto cast by the US during President Barack Obama's tenure. (Read more)

> > > What does it mean? (Commentary from HN News editor)

The Hitler war machine developed the craft of propaganda to a high art. Say a lie enough times and after a while, the people become programmed to believe it. This one sentence from the news story above, quoting the Palestinian initiative they are taking to the UN Security Council concerning Israeli "settlements" is an example of lie becomes truth persuasion:

Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riyad al-Malki said the draft stresses the "violence and terrorism of the settlers."

This statement is absurd, backwards, upside down, and completely false. It is the "violence and terrorism of the Palestinians against the Jews"that has made headlines since last September with the stabbings, car rammings, and bombings. That is the truth. May we remember to use our critical thinking skills, ask questions, and not get sucked into the propaganda media war where lies are so obviously blatant.

And, may we start praying into this initiative RIGHT NOW, that the UN Security Council resolution on the settlements would get BLOCKED, STOPPED, THWARTED, SHELVED, SET ASIDE, SET DOWN, PUT DOWN AND GO NOWHERE.

In Yeshua's name,

amein

Temple of Baal NOT Coming to NYC!!!

Builders will instead recreate the Temple of Triumph . . .
which has NOTHING TO DO with Baal!
We give thanks for all who stood in the shivering, cold, windy weather at UNITEDCRYDC and for the tens of thousands who gathered inside the stadium at AZUSANOW, in unity and in REPENTANCE yesterday. Our Lord has heard our cries of repentance for our national sins, and He has answered.

Let us give Him all the praise, all the honor, and all the GLORY for the victory we see in the report below.
Truly, it IS written that:

" . . . if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place." (2 Chronicles 7:14,15)

Why the Arch of Triumph of Palmyra is being recreated in London
- 1,800 years after it was built

When the IDA revealed last December that it was intending to use its data and expertise to build not one but two replica Palmyra arches - to be unveiled simultaneously in Trafalgar Square in London and Times Square in New York - it generated headlines across the world.

Since then there has been some backtracking on the original idea. There will be no simultaneous unveiling in New York - they may transport the London arch there later, or build another one - and the Palmyra arch that is being reconstructed is no longer the entrance to the Temple of Bel but the Arch of Triumph formerly located at one end of the Great Colonnade. Prayer Request:

Father, we offer You all the praise, all the honor, and all the glory for this excellent report. We thank You, God, that You DO reign as the king of the nations. We continue on our faces in repentance before You for our sinful ways, asking forgiveness, cleansing and healing.

We come against any spirit of retaliation from the evil one that would be unleashed against Your people in the aftermath of this victory, and we thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen and amen.

Decree:

"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death." (Rev. 12:11)

Radical Christians Needed

Psalm 33:10-12 says, "God brings nothing to the plans of nations, he foils the plans of the peoples. But the counsel of God stands forever, his heart's plans are for all generations. How blessed is the nation whose God is God, the people he chose as his heritage!" Recent headlines are showing how presidential candidates are bending rules and procedures to gain delegates legally, but perhaps not ethically. This is an inherent flaw in humanity. It demonstrates that character is an issue in this election, and it is an issue that this far into the process will not be addressed appropriately. It is an indicatory, however, of a much larger issue of a disengaged population segment that has the power to change things for the better.

What we need in this country is a revivalution. A revivalution would be a revival of the ancient paths of our Lord; a revival of understanding of and relationship with the one true God, and his son Jesus Christ. This revival is not the showy mega church version of revival. It is a revival of the heart--a return to the gospel and the scriptures in their traditional form and meaning. The "lution" part of revivalution is we become a people so passionate in our relationship with God, we would be described like the apostles and disciples in Acts 17:6 "These who have turned the world upside down are come here also." We would be as Jesus described in the Sermon on the Mount, "salt of the earth."

This is not to be confused with Dominion Theology or Kingdom Now. These theologies are the problem, not the solution. Scripturally, man has absolutely no power over when Jesus Christ returns to earth. It is the sole responsibility of God the Father and Jesus the Christ. Teachings to the contrary are in great error and lack an understanding of what the Bible says about the end times and the Millennial Reign. Placing in leadership misguided "Christians" who believe in bad theology expecting different results than what we have is tantamount to getting the same, if not worse, than what we have in place. They lack discernment and wisdom because they are not grounded in the Word of God.

A revivalution means getting right with and having a close personal relationship with God and Jesus Christ first and foremost. And through that right relationship conducting your life in a manner consistent with the scriptures. This means you are a living testimony to the one true God and you are making disciples. These disciples indigenously begin to change the nation from its current state to one whose God is truly the one true God. This is harder work than sitting in a church pew listening to some pastor teaching self-indulgent, extra biblical, out of context concepts of selfish living disguised as Christianity. Revivalution means we become an Acts 5:29 people where we "obey God rather than men."

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!

Pastor Yuese Placed under Heavy Surveillance and Restricted Movement after Release

(Hangzhou, Zhejiang-April 7, 2016) Officials in China's coastal Zhejiang province imposed a series of restrictions on the recently released pastor of the largest government-sanctioned church, forbidding unapproved travel and unauthorized contact with the outside world.

Gu "Joseph" Yuese, the senior pastor of Chongyi Church in Hangzhou and former chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial China Christian Council (CCC) publicly voiced his opposition to an outbreak of state-organized cross demolitions currently sweeping across Zhejiang. As a result, authorities published a letter to churches in Hangzhou calling for Gu's removal and replaced him with a different government-approved minister. On Jan. 27, officials alleged that Gu had embezzled funds and held him in administrative detention issuing a formal arrest on Feb. 6. On March 31, he was released on bail and allowed to return home the next day. (China Aid) Read more.

Songs Our Grandmothers Sang:

WE'RE MARCHING TO ZION

"Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion." (Jeremiah 31:6)

Lyrics

Come, we that love the Lord, And let our joys be known; Join in a song with sweet accord, Join in a song with sweet accord And thus surround the throne, And thus surround the throne.

Refrain

We're marching to Zion, Beautiful, beautiful Zion; We're marching upward to Zion, The beautiful city of God.

The sorrows of the mind Be banished from the place; Religion never was designed Religion never was designed, To make our pleasures less, To make our pleasures less.

Refrain

Let those refuse to sing, Who never knew our God; But favorites of the heavenly King, But favorites of the heavenly King May speak their joys abroad, May speak their joys abroad.

Refrain

The God that rules on high, And thunders when He please, Who rides upon the stormy sky, Who rides upon the stormy sky, And manages the seas, And manages the seas.

Refrain

. . . Then let our songs abound, And every tear be dry; We're marching through Immanuel's ground, We're marching through Immanuel's ground, To fairer worlds on high, To fairer worlds on high.

As Passover Approaches "Blood-Red Nile" Image May Have Divine Implications

"And the rivers shall become foul; the streams of Mitzrayim shall be minished and dried up; the reeds and flags shall wither. The mosses by the Nile, by the brink of the Nile, and all that is sown by the Nile, shall become dry, be driven away, and be no more." (Isaiah 19:6-7)

A recent photo of the Nile and surrounding desert, taken from the European Space Agency's newly launched satellite, has unexpectedly caused the Book of Exodus to pop up in media headlines all over the world. The photo, which shows the Nile as blood-red, generated an international buzz which even the most mainstream news outlets connected to the obvious association - the Bible.

CBS News called the sight "Biblical", saying it looked like "something from the Old Testament", and Fox News drew "parallels to the first Biblical plague in Egypt." Even Technology Pep, a tech website normally vacant of anything spiritual, saw the connection to the story of the first plague.

However, though it was a powerful image universally recognized, the real message may have been lost on all but the Biblically oriented.

The Sentinel 3-A was launched in February as the third satellite in the Copernicus program, purported to be the most sophisticated Earth observation system to date. The startling image was created using a radiometer, which measures heat generated by vegetation for monitoring environmental changes. These images will help scientists track and predict droughts more accurately, but it had an entirely different impact on people with a Biblical perspective. (Breaking Israel News) Read more

Divine IDF Miracle on Gaza Border Reveals Passover Message

An IDF D9 armored bulldozer was targeted by a massive Improvised Explosive Device (IED) on the border between Gaza and Israel Friday morning, but the vehicle and the two-man crew escaped unscathed in what Israeli news sites have called a "miracle on the Gaza border". The bulldozer was operating in the Sdot Negev Regional Council area, adjacent to the northern area of Gaza. The explosive was planted west of the security fence, within Israeli territory but in a security perimeter area Gazans are forbidden from entering. This buffer zone prevents terrorists from approaching the fence. The vehicle reportedly drove directly over the IED, which was exploded remotely.

Commenting on the timing of the incident on the eve of the Jewish month of Nissan, Rabbi Lazer Brody told Breaking Israel News that "this miracle of saving Jewish soldiers is meant to remind us what the month of Nissan is all about - that God is protecting Israel and don't ever forget it."

Nissan, the Hebrew month in which Jews celebrate the holiday of Passover, began with sundown on Friday, mere hours after the incident. Nissan is known in the Jewish tradition as "the festival of our redemption", when God redeemed the ancient Israelites from slavery. It is believed that God will once again bring salvation to Israel in this month. (Breaking Israel News) Read more.
