4th of July Bible Readathon!

4th of July Bible Readathon!

Build a SHIELD OF PROTECTION over the nation on this Fourth of July, by decreeing His Word, nonstop, over our land!

Saints of God,

Next week, sources have been warning us of pending riots that have been planned to take place on the 4th of July. This movement, called The Resistance, has been funded and orchestrated by George Soros. Their plans include bringing civil disturbances in numerous cities across the nation, including violence on the streets of America.

So, we say:

NOT ON OUR WATCH!

FIGHTING BACK!

How do we fight back, and protect our homes, our families, and our lives from this evil plan of destruction?

Very simply, we turn to THE WORD OF GOD.

It is written:

- "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." (I John 4:4 KJV)

- "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him." (Isaiah 59:19 KJV)

- "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any
twoedged sword . . ."
(Hebrews 4:12 KJV)
- "Moses finished speaking all these words to all Israel, and he said to them: "Set your hearts on all the words which I testify among you today, which you shall command your children to be careful to observe-all the words of this law. For it is not a futile thing for you, because it is your life, and by this word you shall prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to possess." (Deut. 32:45-47)
- "So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." (Isaiah 55:11)

- "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1)

UN Policy Report

On Tuesday U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley testified before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on State, Foreign Ops, and Related Programs on the FY2018 budget for the United Nations and International Organizations.

Ambassador Haley responded to questions from the Reps. Nita Lowey (D-NY) and Barbara Lee (D-CA) on the Trump Administration's State Department determination that the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is ineligible to receive global health funds under the Kemp-Kasten Amendment.
The Kemp-Kasten Amendment is a longstanding amendment that gives the President the authority to discontinue funding to organizations that participate in the management of a coercive abortion and sterilization program.
In response to questioning from Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), Ambassador Haley explained that the Administration did not fund UNFPA because of its associations with forced sterilization. She noted that instead the Administration redirected the money previously designated for UNFPA toward global health care that the United States could support.
During questioning by Rep. Nita Lowey (D-NY), Ambassador Haley reiterated that other global health organizations are receiving the same amount of money that UNFPA received, and that the United States continues to support healthcare for women and girls; she noted it's a matter of which avenue is used to provide that healthcare.

Calling for a Day of Reflection and Repentance

We want to thank all of you who contacted your own member of Congress in support of this bill last week. Sadly, the House went into a recess period on Thursday evening, without calling for a vote on this bill.

Nevertheless, in alignment with the Call2Fall, tomorrow has been designated a day of repentance by leaders in the Body of Christ.
Let us all fall on our knees tomorrow, in humility, and confess our own personal and national sins before our God in repentance. Perhaps He may yet hear, and heal our land.
It is written:

" . . . if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)
